some lines to ponder over...

came across this little poem sumwhr..



"i bargained with life for a penny
and Life would pay no more,
however i begged in the evening
when i counted my scanty store.

for Life is a just employer,
he gives you what you ask,
but once you've set the wages,
you have to bear the task.

i worked for a menial's hire,
only to learn ,dismayed,
that any wage i'd asked of Life,
Life would have willingly paid."


so totally true.... life gives us wat we ask of it ( well most of the times)..but we do have to "bear the task" and put in hard work proportional to the magnitude of our ambition.

glad i realized this at 20 and not at 80!!!
